Listening to residents. Asking tough questions.
Spending responsibly. Working for a stronger Owen Sound.
Candidate for Owen Sound City Council
WHY I'M RUNNING
I’m running because I believe residents deserve to be heard, tax dollars deserve careful consideration, and Owen Sound needs councillors who are willing to ask questions rather than simply accept the way things have always been done.
I don’t believe one councillor can promise to solve everything.
But one councillor can listen, ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions and make sure residents have a voice at the Council table.
• Listening before decisions are made
• Asking questions before money is spent
• Looking for better ways to deliver services
• Being transparent with residents
• Challenging the status quo when something isn't working
Concerned Owen Sound Taxpayers (COST)
I sincerely appreciate COST taking the time to meet with candidates, discuss important municipal issues, and provide its endorsement. I value the opportunity for open discussion about responsible spending, accountability, and the future of Owen Sound.
