Key Responsibilities:
To give support to the SMT in communicating policies and standard operating procedures (sops) to all staff. Responsible for ensuring that the office services necessary for the full and proper discharge of the work programme are relevant to the needs of staff and are delivered in an efficient, effective and economical manner strengthen business development by developing sustainable procedures in the identification, resourcing, winning, managing and promoting assignments and projects for PMTC Bangladesh.
· Secretariat to Senior Management Team(SMT).
· Monitoring the office management, supervise deputy manager and four support staff in maintaining a safe, secure and clean environment, provide logistic support to in house events, presentations, meeting and event.
· Development of strategic partnerships with other local and international consulting firms.
· Logistic support to the incoming international experts/consultant/visitors obtain of visa for international staff/visitors. Liaise with special branch for clearance for international experts.
· To develop marketing materials for PMTC Bangladesh including, with assistance from Harewelle / Ecorys, revising the PMTC Bangladesh website to follow corporate norms.
· To maintain the network of contacts with local institutions and take the lead in furthering alliances and linkages between PMTC Bangladesh and other regional and international organisations.
· Develop organisational structure and organogram ensuring an appropriate skill mix to deliver the strategic plans;
· Work with the Company Secretary to conduct detailed needs analysis of skill requirements of the company and the projects and update the skills of the staff through appropriate training and experience opportunities. Where appropriate coordinate the recruitment of new staff;
· Manage the company's activities and report regularly to MD of the company.
· Manage administrative support personnel of the company and projects, providing management support and guidance;
· Develop routine program procedures for the company in order to effectively deliver the business plans;
· Guide and support the projects and liaison with the GoB officials;
· Understand and negotiate complex contractual agreements;
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining industry, government and client contacts for continuing good relations and develop and maintain client profiles;
· Participate and contribute on all manner of executive-level business activities.
