Coordinated statewide training pathways (Construction, Home Weatherization, PV, Advanced Manufacturing) and supported 400+ trainees across Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Labor (DOL) sponsored Projects.  

Managed administrative tasks including purchasing, PAF submissions, requisitions, vendor documentation, and compliance reports. 

Maintained program records and conducted monthly data tracking and analysis for training outcomes, credentials, and job placements.

Managed air conditioner R&D projects, focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, and equipment installation.
