Thank you for using Arabic Skool  a vocabulary learning app . These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our app, including any features, content, and services offered through it. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Functionality

• The app provides tools to help users learn and review Arabic vocabulary.

• Features include word lists, spaced repetition, quiz modes.

• An internet connection is required  “if available, to help improve app stability via anonymous crash reports"
  
  

3. Data Handling

• We do not store your personal data on remote servers.

• All vocabulary progress and user preferences are stored locally on your device.

• Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) help us improve app stability.
  
  
  

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.

• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.

• You must not misuse the app to harm, disrupt, or access unauthorized systems or data.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• All content within the app, including text, UI, and logos, is owned by Ardent Script and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy or reuse any content without written permission.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including data loss or service interruptions.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via app updates or notices. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
