Yes.

Refrigerator
Water purifier
Television
Laptop / computer
Mobile phone
Vehicle
Power / inverter
Other
You can also create your own custom categories.

Office Equipment
You can manage categories from:

Can I change an item's category later?
Yes.
Open the item, tap Edit, and select a different category.
If you rename a custom category, the associated item records will update accordingly.
Can I scan a receipt or product label?
Yes.
KeepSure can support scanning of:
Product labels
Receipts
Invoices
Warranty documents
Barcodes
QR codes
When adding an item, choose the available Receipt, Label, or scanning option.
KeepSure may use Google ML Kit or Google Play services to help detect text or codes.
Always review scanned information before saving because automated recognition may occasionally be incorrect.
Why was some scanned information detected incorrectly?
Receipt and label scanning uses automated text recognition.
Accuracy may vary depending on:
Image quality
Lighting
Document layout
Font
Language
Damaged labels
Blurry photographs
Very small text
You should always verify important information such as:
Model number
Serial number
Purchase date
Warranty expiry date
Invoice number
before saving it.
Can I attach documents?
Yes.
You can attach supported documents to an item, including:
Purchase receipts
Warranty documents
Repair bills
Service receipts
AMC documents
Other supporting records
KeepSure stores supported document content within the App's local storage.
Are my documents uploaded to the cloud?
Not in the current version.
KeepSure currently uses a local-first storage model.
Your household vault is not automatically uploaded to AR Applications' servers.
Cloud synchronization and cloud backup are not currently included.
Are my documents protected?
KeepSure uses Android security mechanisms to help protect locally stored data.
The current version includes measures such as:
Android application sandboxing
Android Keystore-backed encryption
Encryption of locally stored document content
Encryption of serial-number values
Android backup disabled
Restricted file-sharing mechanisms
You should also keep your Android device protected using a PIN, password, fingerprint, or another device lock.
What happens if I uninstall KeepSure?
The current version stores your asset records locally on your device.
If you:
Uninstall KeepSure
Clear KeepSure's application data
Factory-reset your device
your locally stored KeepSure information may be permanently removed.
Because cloud backup is not currently available, deleted local records may not be recoverable.

Not automatically in the current version.
KeepSure does not currently provide account-based cloud synchronization.
Data export and improved transfer options may be expanded in future versions.
How do warranties work?
When adding or editing an item, you can enter a warranty expiry date.
KeepSure may classify warranty status as:
Active
Expiring soon
Expired
No warranty information
This makes it easier to identify items that may need attention.
KeepSure does not independently guarantee that a warranty claim will be accepted by a manufacturer or service provider.
Always refer to the original warranty conditions.
How do reminders work?
KeepSure can help you create reminders for things such as:
Warranty expiry
Product maintenance
Scheduled servicing
Repair-warranty expiry
User-created tasks
KeepSure uses Android background scheduling functionality to help deliver reminders.
Notification permission may be required.
You can manage notification permissions through Android Settings.
Why did I not receive a reminder?
Please check:
KeepSure notification permission is enabled.
Android battery optimization has not heavily restricted the App.
The reminder date has not already passed.
Notifications are not muted in Android Settings.
Your device date and time are correct.
Different Android manufacturers may apply additional battery-management restrictions.
Can I record a repair?
Yes.
Open an asset and select the repair or service section.
You can record information such as:
Diagnosis
Work performed
Labour cost
Parts cost
Parts replaced
Technician or service provider
Repair date
Repair warranty
Supporting documents
This creates a service history for the item.
What do the repair verification levels mean?
KeepSure is designed to distinguish between different levels of evidence.
A repair may be described as:
User recorded
The information was entered by the user.
Document supported
Supporting evidence such as a bill, receipt, or photograph is attached.
Future versions may add additional confirmation levels such as technician, business, authorised-service, or manufacturer confirmation.
KeepSure does not automatically claim that a repair or replacement part is manufacturer verified unless reliable evidence supports that claim.
Can KeepSure tell me whether a replacement part is genuine?
Not universally.
A normal Android application cannot reliably prove that every replacement part is genuine.
KeepSure may allow you to store evidence such as:
Part invoices
Packaging
Part numbers
Photographs
Service records
Future versions may support stronger verification through authorised partners or manufacturers.
Can I use KeepSure for vehicles?
Yes, basic vehicle records can be stored using the asset system.
More advanced vehicle features may be introduced later, including:
Insurance tracking
