Aqua Reels is operated by Thoondil Ecosystem. We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe community for fisheries and aquaculture creators. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Our standards apply to all content and activity on Aqua Reels, including reels, posts, stories, comments, direct messages, and profile information.
ZERO TOLERANCE
We prohibit:
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact involving minors
• Accounts created to target or harm children
• Any other conduct that violates child safety laws
Violating content and accounts are removed. We may permanently ban offenders and cooperate with law enforcement.
PREVENTION AND MODERATION
Aqua Reels uses AI moderation and human review to reduce harmful content before and after it is shared:
• Uploads (including reels, posts, and profile images) are screened with AI moderation
• Content may be held from public view until moderation is complete
• Content that fails moderation is rejected or removed
• User reports are reviewed by our team
• Repeat or severe violations result in account restrictions or permanent removal
AI moderation is one layer of protection. It does not replace user reports, manual review, or our obligation to act on confirmed abuse.
REPORTING IN THE APP
Users can report content that may harm children or violate our standards:
1. Open the reel you want to report
2. Tap Report
3. Choose a reason (for example, Inappropriate content) and submit
Reports are reviewed by our safety team. False or abusive reporting may lead to account action.
REPORTING TO AQUA REELS
If you believe content or a user on Aqua Reels involves child safety concerns, contact us immediately:

Please include:
• The username or profile link
• A link to the content, if available
• A short description of the concern
• Screenshots or other evidence, if you have them
We prioritize child safety reports and investigate as quickly as possible.
LAW ENFORCEMENT AND AUTHORITIES
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other child exploitation on Aqua Reels, we:
• Remove the content and disable the responsible account(s)
• Preserve information as required by applicable law
• Report to the appropriate regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and relevant cybercrime reporting channels where required
We respond to valid legal requests from authorities investigating child safety matters.
PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
Aqua Reels is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by our Terms of Service and applicable law. If you believe a minor is using Aqua Reels unsafely, please contact us at support.aquareels@thoondil-ecosystem.com with the subject Child safety report.
