AquaReels — Account deletion instructions

To delete your AquaReels account and personal data, email us from the same email address you used to sign in.

How to request deletion
1. Open the email account you used to log in to AquaReels (email/password or Google).
2. Send a message to support.aquareels@thoondil-ecosystem.com.
3. Use the subject: Delete my AquaReels account
4. Include your AquaReels username (if you remember it).
After we receive your request, our support team will contact you on the same email to confirm it is your account. Deletion starts only after that confirmation.
We only process deletion requests sent from the login email on the account. Requests from a different email will not be accepted.
What we delete
When the request is verified, we delete or anonymize:
- your account (email, username, name, bio, profile photo)
- your posts, reels, stories, highlights, comments, likes, and saves
- your messages and related chat data
- your follows, device/push tokens, and session data
Some information may be kept for a limited time if required by law, safety, or dispute resolution (for example reports of abuse).
How long it takes
We process verified requests within 30 days after our support team contacts you and the request is confirmed.
