I've never really written a blog, but now is a better time than never. I spent Thanksgiving weekend with family and my wonderful partner. I was pretty busy taking stuff from my college dorm back to my parent's house, as a result, I haven't gotten any art done.
The major "art piece" I'm working on are a couple poster images for the plot rundown in the Children of Chaos tab. In addition to that, I'm taking an "Art & Activism" class this semester which, like my other classes, is coming to an end. Being an art class, I have to do a huge final project as well as a write-up on it. I've had the "activism" part planned out for months, but now I'm stuck thinking about what the art piece will be.
Other than my personal projects and the Art & Activism project, I've been busy with my other classes. The most fun project was the short film I wrote and directed! You can check it out on Youtube HERE! Getting to write a screenplay for the first time this semester was nice, especially since it's my major.
I have to make a website for another class (can't use this one ;~;). So that's going to be fun (it won't be). So with about a week left of classes, I will finally be able to get back to writing and making art regularly.

Blog post two! It's been snowing all day today and my car is totally covered. On the bright side, my classes were cancelled, so I could catch up on all the stuff I wasn't able to do over the break. Unfortunately, this did not include art or writing, well, unless you wanna read six annotated bibliographies.
Personal Projects are still on hold, including the website. My classes don't end for another two weeks, so I don't think I'll have much for you all in the meantime. I'm really only looking forward to my scriptwriting project. All my other final projects seem so stressful.
One thing I didn't mention yesterday was The Daily Image. These are usually going to be pictures on my phone that I thought were funny or provide context to something I've said. Today's image is one I took on my walk home from the campus diner. I was bundled up like I was scaling Mt. Everest and was STILL cold. Stay warm out there y'all.
I really thought I was just gonna have instant ramen tonight. I might have lied earlier about my classes being cancelled. My night class was moved to Zoom. The worst part about that class is that it falls right during The diner's dinner time, so I either go to class late, or starve. Well, by some miracle we ended class (The Zoom call) early and I got to eat actual food. Now, I'm not saying instant noodles isn't real food, but they really don't provide much substance.
Besides that, today was pretty uneventful, y'know, other than the blizzard outside. Hoping for another easy day tomorrow where I can do all the work from my dorm and not have to leave. Alrighty, that's it for today!

I wanna say I'm super sorry that I didn't post a blog for yesterday. However, on the more positive side of things, I got a ton of work done for my classes! Speaking of classes, I didn't have class today, again. I got my other website done, you can check it out HERE. it's only a home page, so don't try to click on the buttons and stuff.
I also got the "Sketch" part of my final project for my art & activism class. We'll probably be working on that more tomorrow (if it's not called off again). If you want a basic rundown of the project, it's going to be a large piece about trans erasure and experiences. The large piece will be split up across campus and each have QR codes that redirect to an infographic about on the topic. I still have yet to make the info graphic or the art piece.
My weekly art club thing is tonight and I'm actually about to leave for it right now, So the next sentence will be after I get back.
I have now watched the 2002 Adam Sandler film "Eight Crazy Nights." All I can say is "what the hell?" Genuinely the most baffling movie I've ever watched. Everyone seemed to have a good time though. I know I did, it was hilariously bad. While there I doodled a character that hasn't been shown here yet. I don't know if it ever will be. He might be stuck somewhere in between?
But speaking of movies. Tomorrow is the Five Nights at Freddy's 2 movie! I'm so excited I can't even begin to explain. So I'll be seeing it with my partner tomorrow night. In the meantime, I'm gonna work on more assignments, and maybe more art? I don't know yet. At this point I might need to get a journal and highlight all my projects.
