There was a time where I believed that a leader is one
who is inspirational and is a role model for others. In my mind, I think of this leader as absolutely perfect
and has gained so much experience that they are able to lead the way for others. After being a leader myself and leading in different environments,
I realize that is not always the case. Through my experiences in the past, I tried really hard to be perfect around the people I was leading; I thought by being perfect, people would show me respect and listen to what I have to stay. After the trial and error of my perfect persona, I acknowledged the fact that this was not productive and I am not being true to who I am.
