Walmart and Costco offer this service if you don't have the capability of scanning your photos yourself. In addition, there are several online companies such as Legacy Box, Fotobridge or Kodakdigitizing where you ship your photos and have them professionally scanned. In addition, many local library branches offer photo scanning services and may be able to assist you with this technology.
