Werepyre was recently introduced as the subrace for hybrids. Werepyres also introduced the concept of "Hybrid stats" where strength and intelligence both influence damage and accuracy, removing dex from those equations.
- +35 Str and Int on one toggle help provide a boost to both essential hybrid stats.
- There Werepyre panic is unique in that it can only be cast once per turn instead of twice, and that it reduces the damage the enemy does instead of skipping their turn. This damage reduction bypasses freedom on bosses but can be removed with a successful skill check.
- Werepyres have their own freedom ability, they are able to remove statuses that would prevent them from acting once per battle for free, and with an sp cost for further attempts.
- The Werepyre level 10 transformation is a simple straightforward 4 hit attack for solid damage in exchange for a split SP and MP cost.
