Participants attending AQC2026 at Science Tokyo, Japan, are responsible for checking whether they need a visa to enter Japan. Visa requirements depend on nationality, place of residence, purpose of visit, and other individual circumstances.

Participants are encouraged to start the visa application process well in advance.
Some applicants may be able to use the JAPAN eVISA system. Please check the official MOFA and JAPAN eVISA websites to confirm whether online visa application is available for your circumstances.

AQC2026 provides paid invoices and invitation letters only to participants who have completed conference registration and payment.
If you need a paid invoice and/or an invitation letter, please complete the Paid Invoice / Invitation Letter Request Form.
Please enter all required information accurately. The requested document will be prepared based on the information submitted in the form.
To verify your payment, you will be asked to provide your Stripe receipt number, payment date, and amount paid. We may not be able to issue the requested document if we cannot verify your payment record.
AQC2026 does not issue invoices for unpaid registrations or advance payment requests.
Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee visa issuance. It also does not imply that AQC2026, the organizers, or the secretariat will provide financial support, travel expenses, accommodation, living expenses, insurance, or any other costs related to the participant’s stay in Japan.
AQC2026 does not provide visa application services and cannot contact embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities on behalf of participants.
