Researchers interested in presenting at AQC 2026 are invited to submit an abstract.
All submissions made by April 17 will be reviewed by the AQC 2026 Local Steering Committee. Review results will be sent by email to all applicants by April 24 April 30. Accepted submissions will receive prioritization when building the conference programme.
Abstracts submitted between April 24 and April 30 will be reviewed at a later date and entered into the conference programme only if time and space permit.
No abstracts will be accepted after April 30.
All presenters are required to register for the conference.
The Early Bird rates are no longer available following the Early Bird registration deadline of April 24 April 30, 2026.
Early Bird Registration: 20,000 JPY
Standard Registration: 30,000 JPY
Student Registration: 10,000 JPY
The registration fee is waived for invited speakers.
All refund requests must be made in writing by email to gsis-mohzeki-staff@grp.tohoku.ac.jp.
Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026, will receive a full refund less a 2,000 yen administration fee.
Cancellations received between April 2 and May 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund less a 2,000 yen administrative fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 1, 2026.
AQC 2026 regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
