ABSTRACT

1. Abstract submission has been extended until 19th November 2023 (at midnight) via the APS 2023 online form retrievable from this website.

2. All abstracts must be submitted only via the online abstract submission link. Submissions by email or any other means are not allowed.

3. The abstracts must be written in English language and submitted as a Microsoft Word file (.doc. or docx.).

4. Title of abstract file must be written as: "APS2023_Abstract_Full name".

5. Font: Calibri, size 12 pt with single spacing.

6. Abstract title: The title must be brief and accurately reflect the content of the submitted abstract. The title must be typed in bold and sentence case. Please avoid using abbreviations in the title.

7. Abstract content: The abstract should be have no sub-section, but in general, the contents should comprise of some background, methodologies, results, discussion, and conclusion. The word count should not exceed 300 words.  

8. Please include 3 to 5 keywords at the end of the abstract, representing the main content of the abstract.

9. Please ensure the abstracts submitted for this event has not been submitted, presented or published elsewhere.

10. It is the author's responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar. The APS 2023 Scientific Committee, however, reserves the right to edit the abstract if the abstract contain obvious spelling and grammatical errors. Poor grammar or spelling may result in the abstract being rejected.

11. All abstracts submitted will be peer-reviewed by the APS 2023 Scientific Committee. The review process is confidential, and the decision is final.

12. Please utilize the template provided below as guidance for your abstract submission. 

13. The acceptance of the abstract will be informed via email by 30th November 2023.

14. Late submissions will not be entertained and failure to comply with the guidelines will not be published in Life Sciences, Medicine, Medicine and Biomedicine Journal.
