Rotaract Festival

1. Application

All participating Country are welcome to have their own booth
It is highly encouraged to create your booth design to best represent your country
The application is on a first come first served basis

2. There will only be one booth per country.

3. Schedule

Set-up: Strictly 16:00-16:30 only
Up to of Five (5) persons can set-up each allotted booth
Operation: 16:30-18:00
Maintain cleanliness at all times. Proper disposal of waste materials must be observed.

4. The Booth

Participants can display their service projects and cultures of home country/region
Giveaways such as pictures or paraphernalia, brochures, traditional snacks and souvenirs are allowed within their given booth area.
Money transactions, cooking, alcoholic products, cigarette and drugs are strictly prohibited.
Participating countries must abide by Taiwanese Law. If any violations occurred, the participating country will have to take the legal responsibility by themselves.

5. Set-up

The Organizer reserves the right to add, modify, define, and verify the program of above.
