Program Application Guidelines

1. This Program Application Guidelines applies to the following events during the 16^TH APRRC on September 4-7, 2019:

• Country Report
• Rotaract Festival
• Cultural Night
• Mr. and Ms. APRRC

2. The abovementioned events are open for participation, only for those who completed the registration to APRRC 2019.

3. The guidelines are adapted to all nationalities, Rotary Districts and/or identities and are subject to change without prior notice as needed.

4. The time stated in this Guidelines refers to GMT+8 (time in the Taiwan).

5. Any updates in relation to the conference will be posted in the APRRC 2019 official website.

6. The National Representatives (NR) will be the one to submit any requirements related to the conference and who will communicate directly to the host organizing committee. If the NR is not available, he/she must assign his/her official representative and inform the organizing committee about the matter.
