These Terms & Conditions apply to the SplitClip mobile application developed by Edirisinghe Sahan Pasindu Nirmal.
By downloading, installing, or using SplitClip, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SplitClip is a video utility app that allows users to select videos, preview videos, split videos, trim videos, export clips, save clips, view exported clips, rename clips, delete clips, and share clips.
You may use the app only with videos that you own, created, or have permission to process.
You are responsible for the content you export, save, publish, or share using the app.
You must not use the app to process, create, export, or share content that violates laws, copyrights, privacy rights, platform rules, or the rights of other people.
SplitClip processes selected videos based on your actions.
Before posting, sharing, deleting, or relying on exported clips, you should review the exported files and confirm that they are correct.
The app may not support every video format, codec, device, or operating system behavior perfectly.
Keep backups of important video files before editing, splitting, trimming, deleting, or sharing clips.
Some features depend on device storage, media permissions, notification permissions, available free space, and Android or iOS system behavior.
If permissions are denied or device storage is unavailable, some features may not work as expected.
Exported clips may be saved in an app-specific output folder or gallery depending on your settings.
You are responsible for managing storage space and deleting files you no longer need.
SplitClip may display advertisements.
The app may also offer optional purchases, premium features, or optional support payments through approved app-store billing services and RevenueCat.
Any purchase, subscription, refund, cancellation, or payment handling is also subject to the rules and terms of the relevant app store and payment provider.
Optional support payments do not grant ownership of the app, its brand, or its source code.
Optional purchases may be changed, added, removed, or priced differently depending on region, store availability, and app version.
SplitClip may use third-party services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, app-store billing, and purchase management services.
These services may include Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, and App Store billing services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of those services may also be governed by the relevant third-party terms.
Support and bug report forms may open your email app and include diagnostic details such as app version, build number, package name, platform, device model, operating system version, screen information, theme, and locale.
Do not send private or sensitive videos unless you choose to share them by email and are comfortable with support reviewing them.
We may use support messages to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, and improve the app.
SplitClip is a general-audience utility and is not specifically directed to children.
Younger users should use the app with parent or guardian guidance.
Users should only process videos they own, created, or are allowed to use.
SplitClip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, compatible with every video file, or suitable for every video workflow.
Please keep backups of important video files.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost content, failed exports, posting mistakes, device problems, storage issues, third-party app behavior, billing-provider issues, ad-provider issues, or losses caused by use or inability to use the app.
We may update, change, add, remove, or limit app features over time.
Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system version, permissions, store availability, or third-party service availability.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated when the app, legal requirements, or business model changes.
The latest version will be posted on the official Terms & Conditions page.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
