These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of applications, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS applications, and any related features or services collectively referred to as the “App.”
The App is operated by APP SENSOR LLP (“APP SENSOR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, access, or use the App.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country or region.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.
Certain App features may be intended only for users aged 18 or older. By using those features, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
If you use the App on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, APP SENSOR LLP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to download, install, and use the App.
You may use the App:
On Apple-branded devices that you own or control
As permitted by the applicable Apple Media Services usage rules
For lawful personal or internal business purposes
Through Family Sharing or similar Apple-supported features where permitted
The App is licensed to you and is not sold to you.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by APP SENSOR LLP and its licensors.
You must not, directly or indirectly:
Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, or commercially exploit the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to obtain the App’s source code
Remove, alter, or conceal copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or similar methods to access or interfere with the App
Bypass subscriptions, purchase verification, usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions
Introduce viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology
Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, systems, or connected services
Use the App in a way that damages, overloads, disables, or interferes with its operation
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Permit another person to use the App in violation of these Terms
Legal rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
The App may provide features powered by artificial intelligence or other automated technologies supplied by third-party providers.
When you use an AI-powered feature:
Your prompts, messages, images, documents, files, instructions, or other submitted content may be transmitted to and processed by a third-party service
Submitted information may be combined with context from your current interaction where necessary to produce a result
The generated result may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, inaccuracies, or unexpected content
Similar or identical content may be generated for other users
AI-generated content may not be unique or protected by intellectual-property rights
You remain responsible for reviewing and evaluating all AI-generated content before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
AI-generated output is provided for general informational, creative, and productivity purposes.
You must not treat AI-generated output as a substitute for qualified professional advice, including:
Medical advice
Legal advice
Financial or investment advice
Accounting or tax advice
Mental-health advice
Safety, emergency, or crisis guidance
Engineering or other regulated professional advice
You should independently verify important information and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions with legal, medical, financial, safety, or other significant consequences.
APP SENSOR LLP does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be:
Accurate
Complete
Original
Current
Reliable
Appropriate for a particular purpose
Free from third-party rights
Suitable for publication or commercial use
You use and rely on AI-generated output at your own discretion and risk.
You may submit, upload, create, import, save, or process text, prompts, images, documents, audio, video, and other material through the App collectively referred to as “User Content.”
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you confirm that:
You own the content or have all necessary licences, permissions, and rights to use it
Its use through the App does not violate applicable law
It does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights
It does not contain unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or malicious material
You have obtained any legally required consent from people identifiable in the content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting, processing, publishing, or sharing it.
You grant APP SENSOR LLP a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, reproduce, temporarily store, modify, and process your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
Operate the App
Provide the features you request
Generate or process requested content
Maintain security and prevent misuse
Troubleshoot technical issues
Comply with applicable law
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to APP SENSOR LLP.
Where third-party processing is necessary, User Content may be transmitted to service providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
You must not use the App to create, upload, request, process, distribute, or promote content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers children
Encourages violence, terrorism, or serious physical harm
Harasses, threatens, abuses, or targets another person
Promotes discrimination or hatred against protected groups
Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
Contains malware, malicious code, phishing, fraud, or scams
Impersonates another person or misrepresents an affiliation
Facilitates unauthorized surveillance or collection of personal data
Attempts to obtain passwords, financial details, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials
Is defamatory, unlawfully obscene, deceptive, or otherwise illegal
Attempts to bypass safety protections, restrictions, or usage limits
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that the App is being misused.
The App and its associated materials, including its:
Software
Source code and object code
Interface and visual design
Graphics and illustrations
Logos and trademarks
Text and documentation
Databases
Templates
Features and functionality
are owned by or licensed to APP SENSOR LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or any APP SENSOR LLP intellectual property.
You may not use our company name, product names, logos, branding, or trademarks without prior written permission.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.
The available plans, subscription periods, prices, currencies, trial periods, and included features will be displayed in the App or on the applicable App Store purchase screen before you complete a purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method connected to your Apple ID.
Unless otherwise stated:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
Renewal occurs at the price displayed by Apple unless you cancel before renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account settings
Deleting or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a subscription
Access to premium features may continue until the end of the paid subscription period after cancellation
Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, exchange rates, or Apple’s pricing system.
We may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, introductory pricing, or other promotional offers.
Eligibility and duration may be determined by Apple and may vary by user or region.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price.
You are responsible for reviewing the purchase screen and cancelling the subscription through your Apple account before the trial expires if you do not wish to be charged.
We may change, suspend, limit, or withdraw promotional offers where permitted by law.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple must generally be cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
APP SENSOR LLP cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
Payment processing and refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple’s applicable policies and procedures. Approval of a refund is determined by Apple where Apple processes the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.
We may change subscription prices, plan structures, usage limits, available features, or included services.
Any subscription price change will be implemented according to applicable App Store rules and legal requirements.
We may add, remove, replace, restrict, or modify premium features, provided that doing so does not remove any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
The App may use or provide access to third-party services, including:
Artificial-intelligence providers
Cloud-hosting providers
Analytics and crash-reporting providers
Subscription-management services
Payment-processing services
File-processing services
External websites and platforms
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to its own terms, licences, privacy policies, acceptable-use rules, and availability.
APP SENSOR LLP does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their continued availability, accuracy, security, functionality, or performance.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent third-party service except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Where the App is downloaded through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
These Terms are between you and APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple
APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App except where required by applicable law
Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
Apple may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms against you
Your use of the App must comply with the applicable Apple Media Services terms and usage rules
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple App Store requirements, the applicable App Store requirements will govern to the extent of the conflict.
APP SENSOR LLP is responsible for providing any maintenance or support that it chooses to make available for the App.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous customer support
Specific support-response times
Compatibility with every device or operating-system version
Continued availability of every feature
Correction of every defect or error
Support requests may be submitted using the contact information at the end of these Terms.
We may periodically:
Release updates
Add or remove functionality
Modify the design or user experience
Change usage limits
Update integrations
Correct technical issues
Discontinue features
Suspend or discontinue the App
Updates may be required for continued use of certain features.
We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with outdated operating systems, devices, or third-party services.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes that significantly affect paid features.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Availability may be affected by:
Maintenance
Technical failures
Internet or network problems
Third-party provider outages
Device limitations
Software updates
Legal or regulatory requirements
Events outside our reasonable control
We may impose limits on usage, file size, storage, processing, generations, or access to protect the App’s security, reliability, and availability.
Where the App provides account-based features, you are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Protecting your account and device
Keeping passwords and credentials confidential
Preventing unauthorized access
Informing us about suspected misuse or unauthorized activity
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or device unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including by third-party providers where necessary to supply requested features.
You should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
You may voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, reviews, or other feedback about the App.
You grant APP SENSOR LLP a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without payment or obligation to you.
This section does not apply to personal information or User Content submitted for processing through App features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
APP SENSOR LLP disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Availability
Reliability
Non-infringement
Security
Compatibility
Satisfactory quality
We do not warrant that:
The App will meet all your requirements
The App will operate without interruptions or errors
AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable
Defects will always be corrected
The App will remain compatible with every device or service
User Content will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APP SENSOR LLP and its partners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including:
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of goodwill
Loss or corruption of data
Business interruption
Device or software damage
Reliance on inaccurate AI-generated content
Unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, APP SENSOR LLP’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the App or these Terms will be limited to the greater of:
The amount you paid to APP SENSOR LLP through the App during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
The minimum amount required by applicable law
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other matters protected by mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APP SENSOR LLP and its officers, partners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your User Content
Your infringement of another person’s rights
Your misuse or publication of AI-generated content
This section does not require you to indemnify APP SENSOR LLP for its own fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access where we reasonably believe that:
You have violated these Terms
You have used the App unlawfully or fraudulently
Your activity creates a security, legal, or operational risk
Suspension is required by law or a service provider
The App or relevant feature is being discontinued
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation.
Upon termination:
Your licence to use the App ends
You must stop accessing restricted features
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective
Termination of access does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account.
You must not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make the App available in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade laws.
You confirm that you are not prohibited from receiving or using the App under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections available in your place of residence, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the competent courts of Pakistan.
Nothing in this section removes any right you may have to bring a claim before a court or authority where such right cannot legally be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect:
Changes to the App
New features or services
Changes to third-party integrations
Legal or regulatory requirements
Security or operational needs
The revised Terms will be made available through the App, the App’s website, or another appropriate method.
The Effective Date at the top of these Terms indicates when the latest version became effective.
Where required by law, we will provide notice or request renewed consent before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed for a particular feature, constitute the agreement between you and APP SENSOR LLP concerning your use of the App.

AI functionality may be provided through official APIs or other authorized third-party integrations.
All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the App does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
