This End-User Licence Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “End User”) and APP SENSOR LLP (“APP SENSOR,” “Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) concerning your use of our iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and other applications and their related features, content, and services collectively referred to as the “Licensed Application” or “App.”
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
If you do not agree to this EULA, do not download, install, access, or use the Licensed Application.
You acknowledge that this EULA is entered into solely between you and APP SENSOR LLP, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”).
APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
This EULA must not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or any applicable App Store usage rules.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, APP SENSOR LLP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to use the Licensed Application.
You may use the Licensed Application:
On Apple-branded products that you own or control
As permitted by the usage rules contained in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
Through Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or other Apple-supported sharing arrangements where permitted
For lawful personal or internal business purposes
The Licensed Application is licensed to you, not sold.
No ownership rights in the Licensed Application are transferred to you.
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Licensed Application
Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Licensed Application
Sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, assign, or transfer the Licensed Application
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to discover its source code
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices
Bypass subscriptions, usage restrictions, payment verification, security controls, or technical protections
Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems to access or interfere with the Licensed Application
Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology
Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Licensed Application, its servers, systems, or connected services
Use the Licensed Application for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities
Use the Licensed Application in a way that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or legal rights
All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by APP SENSOR LLP and its licensors.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country or region.
The Licensed Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age or any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.
Some features may be restricted to users aged 18 or older.
By using the Licensed Application, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements.
The Licensed Application may include features powered by artificial intelligence and other automated technologies provided by third-party service providers.
When you use an AI-powered feature, information such as the following may be transmitted to and processed by a third-party provider:
Prompts, questions, and messages
Images, documents, audio, or other uploaded files
Instructions and preferences
Context required to process your request
Content from your active interaction where necessary to generate a relevant result
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may:
Be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated
Contain factual, grammatical, technical, or contextual errors
Produce unexpected or inappropriate results
Be similar or identical to content provided to other users
Infringe third-party rights if used without appropriate review
Be unsuitable for your intended purpose
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and evaluating all AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, distributing, or commercially using it.
AI-generated content and other information available through the Licensed Application are provided for general informational, productivity, and creative purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional advice, including:
Medical or healthcare advice
Legal advice
Financial, investment, or banking advice
Tax or accounting advice
Mental-health advice
Safety or emergency guidance
Engineering or other regulated professional advice
You must independently verify important information and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your health, safety, finances, legal rights, business, or other significant interests.
You may submit, upload, import, create, save, or process text, prompts, images, documents, audio, video, and other content through the Licensed Application (“User Content”).
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.
You represent and warrant that:
You own your User Content or have all licences, permissions, and rights necessary to use it
Your User Content does not violate applicable laws
Your User Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights
You have obtained the required consent from any identifiable person included in your User Content
Your User Content does not include malware, malicious instructions, unlawful material, or harmful code
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of creating, processing, publishing, distributing, or sharing it.
You grant APP SENSOR LLP a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, temporarily store, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
Provide features requested by you
Generate or process content
Operate and maintain the Licensed Application
Diagnose technical problems
Protect the Licensed Application and its users
Prevent fraud, misuse, or abuse
Comply with applicable legal obligations
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to APP SENSOR LLP.
Your User Content may be transmitted to third-party service providers when necessary to provide a feature you request.
You must not use the Licensed Application to create, request, upload, process, promote, or distribute content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Exploits, sexualizes, harms, or endangers children
Encourages terrorism, violence, or serious physical harm
Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or abuses another person
Promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination
Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or identity theft
Violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
Contains malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful instructions
Facilitates unauthorized surveillance or access to private information
Attempts to obtain passwords, authentication codes, financial information, or confidential credentials
Attempts to bypass safety protections, technical limitations, subscriptions, or usage restrictions
Is otherwise unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that the Licensed Application has been misused.
Some features may require an auto-renewable subscription or another in-app purchase.
Available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, currencies, trials, and included features will be displayed on the applicable purchase screen before you complete the transaction.
When you purchase through the App Store:
Payment is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple Account
The subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
Renewal charges are processed by Apple
Subscription management is handled through your Apple Account settings
Deleting the Licensed Application does not cancel an active subscription
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period following cancellation
Subscription prices may vary by country or region due to currencies, taxes, exchange rates, and Apple’s pricing system.
The Licensed Application may offer free trials, introductory prices, discounted periods, or promotional offers.
Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown on the purchase screen.
You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms and cancelling through your Apple Account settings before the trial ends when you do not wish to be charged.
Trial availability and eligibility may be determined by Apple and may vary by user, subscription, and region.
You may manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
APP SENSOR LLP cannot directly cancel an Apple-managed subscription on your behalf.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are processed according to Apple’s applicable refund procedures and policies. Apple determines whether an Apple-processed purchase qualifies for a refund.
Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights available to you under applicable law.
Our collection, use, processing, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that submitted content may be processed by third-party providers where necessary to provide the features you request.
You should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information unless it is necessary and you accept the related processing.
The Licensed Application may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including:
Artificial-intelligence providers
Cloud infrastructure providers
Analytics and crash-reporting services
Subscription-management services
File-processing services
External websites or platforms
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, licences, availability rules, and privacy policies.
APP SENSOR LLP does not control and cannot guarantee the continued availability, security, accuracy, performance, or reliability of independent third-party services.
APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required by applicable law.
You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application.

We do not guarantee specific response times or that every technical problem will be resolved.
APP SENSOR LLP may provide updates, upgrades, patches, corrections, replacements, or modifications to the Licensed Application.
Updates may:
Add, modify, or remove features
Change the design or interface
Address errors or security concerns
Modify service integrations
Change technical requirements or compatibility
Impose or revise usage limits
This EULA governs updates that replace or supplement the Licensed Application unless an update is accompanied by a separate agreement.
Some updates may be required for continued access to the Licensed Application.
We do not guarantee that the Licensed Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Access may be disrupted by:
Maintenance
Internet or network failures
Device or software limitations
Third-party service outages
Security incidents
Legal or regulatory requirements
Events outside our reasonable control
We may impose limits on generations, messages, storage, processing, file sizes, or other usage to maintain security, reliability, and service availability.
The Licensed Application and all associated software, features, designs, interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, documentation, templates, and other materials are owned by or licensed to APP SENSOR LLP.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
This EULA does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to APP SENSOR LLP, Apple, or a third-party provider.
APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes a third party’s intellectual-property rights.
You must promptly notify us of any such claim at:

Nothing in this section requires APP SENSOR LLP to defend or indemnify you against a claim arising from:
Your User Content
Your modification or misuse of the Licensed Application
Your combination of the Licensed Application with unauthorized products or services
Your violation of this EULA
Your infringement of another party’s rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind.
APP SENSOR LLP disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Availability
Reliability
Security
Compatibility
Satisfactory quality
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that:
The Licensed Application will meet every requirement
The Licensed Application will operate without interruption or error
AI-generated content will be accurate, original, complete, lawful, or suitable
All defects will be corrected
Content or data will never be lost or corrupted
The Licensed Application will remain compatible with every device or operating system
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. These exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If the Licensed Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot legally be excluded, you may notify Apple.
Where applicable, Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the Licensed Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation concerning the Licensed Application.
Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty are the responsibility of APP SENSOR LLP, subject to this EULA and applicable law.
APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including:
Product-liability claims
Claims that the Licensed Application fails to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements
Claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar legislation
Claims relating to warranties that cannot legally be excluded
This section does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APP SENSOR LLP and its partners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including:
Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of business opportunities
Business interruption
Loss or corruption of data
Loss of goodwill
Device or software damage
Reliance on inaccurate AI-generated content
Decisions made using content from the Licensed Application
Where liability cannot be excluded, APP SENSOR LLP’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Licensed Application will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid through the Licensed Application during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
The minimum amount required under applicable law
Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other protected matters.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APP SENSOR LLP and its partners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Licensed Application
Your User Content
Your violation of this EULA
Your infringement of another person’s rights
Your publication, distribution, or misuse of AI-generated content
This provision does not require you to indemnify APP SENSOR LLP for its own fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country or region subject to a United States government embargo
You are not located in a country designated by the United States government as supporting terrorism
You are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted-parties list
Your use of the Licensed Application complies with all applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade laws
You must not export, re-export, transfer, or use the Licensed Application in violation of applicable law.
This EULA remains effective until terminated.
You may terminate it by stopping use of and deleting the Licensed Application.
APP SENSOR LLP may suspend or terminate your licence if:
You violate this EULA
You misuse the Licensed Application
Your activity creates a security, operational, or legal risk
Termination is required by law or a third-party provider
The Licensed Application is discontinued
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Licensed Application immediately ends
You must stop accessing restricted features
You must delete copies of the Licensed Application where reasonably applicable
Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective
Deleting the Licensed Application or terminating this EULA does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights available in your country or region, disputes relating to this EULA or the Licensed Application will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
Nothing in this section removes any consumer right or jurisdictional protection that cannot legally be waived.
We may update this EULA to reflect changes to:
The Licensed Application
AI or third-party integrations
Subscription features
Operational practices
Security requirements
Applicable laws or regulations
The revised EULA may be made available through the Licensed Application, our website, or another appropriate method.
Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain additional consent before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the Licensed Application after an updated EULA takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
You and APP SENSOR LLP acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Except for Apple and its subsidiaries, no other person or entity is intended to be a third-party beneficiary of this EULA unless expressly stated.
You acknowledge and agree that:
This EULA is between you and APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple
APP SENSOR LLP, not Apple, is responsible for the Licensed Application
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application’s content
Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving intellectual-property claims concerning the Licensed Application
Apple is not responsible for claims relating to your possession or use of the Licensed Application, except where required by applicable law
Your use of the Licensed Application must comply with applicable Apple terms and usage rules
The Licensed Application is independently developed and operated by APP SENSOR LLP.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Licensed Application is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by OpenAI or any other artificial-intelligence provider.
AI functionality may be provided through official APIs or other authorized third-party integrations.
All third-party company names, service names, trademarks, service marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
If any provision of this EULA is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer this EULA without our prior written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, corporate reorganization, or sale of business assets.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase or subscription terms, constitutes the complete agreement concerning your licensed use of the Licensed Application.
