Apps4Fun Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates a portfolio of mobile applications available on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Services" or "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must uninstall the App immediately.
Apps4Fun Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
Use the App for any illegal OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), stalking, harassment, or doxxing activities.
Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, or derivative work from the App.
Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App.
Our App utilizes third-party application programming interfaces (APIs), including Rapid API, to fetch Caller ID and location data.
Rate Limiting: You are granted access to these lookups subject to reasonable fair use. Automated queries, botting, or attempting to scrape data from our interface is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban of your device ID.
Accuracy of Information: The Caller ID, spam score, and location data are provided by third-party aggregators. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. ## 3. FCRA Disclaimer (US Users) Apps4Fun Inc. is NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency. The information provided by Reverse Number Lookup does not constitute a "consumer report" as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. You may not use the App or the data it provides, in whole or in part, to determine an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.
The App is supported by advertising provided via Google AdMob.
You agree not to use fraudulent click-bots, VPNs, or automated scripts to artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks.
Violation of this policy will result in an immediate suspension of your access to the App to protect our AdMob network integrity.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." APPS4FUN INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL ANDROID DEVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL APPS4FUN INC. BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Apps4Fun Inc. operates. Apps4Fun Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
