Seeing AI is a tool to help those with visual impairments or blindness. The application uses artificial intelligence to verbally identify text, objects (currency, documents, barcodes, etc.) and people for the user. Developers have also rolled out a preview of several features, such as reading handwriting, color identification, and describing photos in the users’ library. Several of its features are still only available in a testing mode, so it did not operate without flaws, but overall this is a fantastic resource for those struggling with blindness or profound visual impairment.
