<div class="q">Does the app track my location when I'm off the clock?</div>

<div class="a">No. Location data is only collected while you are actively clocked in. When you clock out, location tracking stops.</div>

<div class="q">The app won't connect to the server. What should I do?</div>

<div class="a">Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app. If you're still unable to connect, contact support.</div>

<div class="q">How do I clock in and out?</div>

<div class="a">Open the app and tap the Time tab. Press the "Clock In" button to start your shift and "Clock Out" when you're done. You can also take breaks using the pause button.</div>

<div class="a">In the Crew Chat screen, tap the camera icon to send a photo or the microphone icon to record a voice message. You can also send videos using the video icon.</div>

<div class="a">Contact your supervisor to request a time correction. Only managers can edit past time entries.</div>

<div class="q">How do I update the app?</div>

<div class="a">Updates are available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Enable automatic updates on your device to always have the latest version.</div>
