Cerebral Organoids: 1 - 9 months of age
Midbrain Organoids
Cerebellar Organoids: 1 - 2 months of age
Lung Organoids: 1 - 2 months of age
Human Cerebral Organoids (hCOs), whole or live sectioned samples available
H9 ESC - derived 2.5 week old hCO (10X brightfield)
Patient iPSC-derived ALS line was used to generate 1 month old human cerebral organoids (ca. 2 - 3 mm average organoid size) showing marker identification of some representative neural cell types
Human Cerebellar Organoids (hCerOs)
3 week old hCerOs (4X brightfield)
Whole human cerebellar organoids at one month of age (ca. 1.0 mm in size) derived from WTC-11 hPSCs were fixed, transferred into cryomolds and cryosectioned to generate 20 um slices on glass slides. Samples were further processed and stained according to standard protocols before imaging.
