ADHD Focus & Life — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ADHD Focus & Life mobile application (the "App") provided by AtaForge ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The App is a productivity and self-management tool. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment, and NOT a replacement for licensed mental-health care. If you suspect you have ADHD or any other condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not change or stop any prescribed treatment based on information from this App.
3. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
You sign in with your Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to those accounts secure. Notify us at hello@ataforge.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where the law explicitly permits.
• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or security mechanisms.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
a) Subscription tiers
We offer Premium subscriptions billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
• Premium Weekly — USD 3.99 per week
• Premium Monthly — USD 7.99 per month
• Premium Annual — USD 47.99 per year
• Premium Lifetime — USD 149.99 (one-time payment)
Prices may vary by country and are subject to change. The current price will be shown to you before you confirm any purchase.
b) Free trial
Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first billing period.
c) Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
d) Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide refunds for unused portions. The Lifetime purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.
e) Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no authority to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
6. ADVERTISEMENTS
The free tier of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads are shown. AdMob's behaviour is subject to Google's policies, available at https://policies.google.com.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, text, graphics, sound effects, and code, is owned by AtaForge and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
User-generated content (your tasks, notes, mood logs) belongs to you. By using the App you grant us a limited licence to process that content on your device solely to provide the App's features.
8. DISCLAIMERS
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATAFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections 7 through 12 survive termination.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where Apple's standard EULA (which you also agree to when purchasing through the App Store) provides otherwise.
13. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and AtaForge, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ also applies to your use of the App.
