The following is a list of SOME of the other awards available to Scentsy consultants throughout their career.

Monthly Sales Award

Qualifications - Sell $2,000 within one month

Awards - charm or lapel pin, certificate, 5% bonus

Annual Sales Excellence Award

Qualifications - $30,000 in sales during the Scentsy calendar year (May 1 - April 30)

Awards - $1,000 bonus, certificate, personalized trophy

Annual Mentor Award

Qualifications - Sponsor 14+ new consultants who promote to Certified Consultant during the Scentsy calendar year (May 1 - April 30) 

Awards - $25-$50 bonus per qualifying team members, certificate, personalized trophy

Shooting Star Trainer Award

Qualifications - Sponsor a new team member who earns the Shooting Star Award

Awards - $25 product credit, charm or lapel pin, certificate

Incentives

Scentsy offers at least 2 incentives per year for consultants. Incentives challenge you to work your business and reward you for your effort in addition to your commission and product discounts. Typically Spring and Summer incentive offers different prize packages while Fall and Winter incentive is a trip.

Scentsy trips are unlike anything else! Not only can you earn hotel and flight, but all necessities are typically included in some way! These usually include transportation to and from the airport, Scentsy hosted parties, meal allowance, excursions, and more! Plus, you are treated like royalty and given gifts every day of the trip!
