Please be direct when contacting me for a commission and avoid vague messages such as, just "hi,", "hello," etc. I will ignore you if you message me in this manner.

You are required to pay fully up front if your commission is under $60. If your commission is $60 or above, a payment plan can be discussed; however, I will not start your commission untill you fully pay; there will be no exceptions. 

Please do not send any payment until we both agree on all the commission details. Anything not provided before payment can come with additional fees. 

I will only take payment through cashapp, paypal, ko-fi or vgen.

Please be clear and descriptive about your order. Provide all details BEFORE paying and provide photo references if possible. Failure to do so will lead to possible extra charges if changes are needed.

Family and friends do not receive any form of discount or free commission.

Do not ask to or remove my watermark under any circumstances.

I will not take deadline commissions of any kind or rush a commission; quality takes time. I do not have a set turnaround time; this fully depends on what's going on in my personal life and how quickly you reply when I update you. 

Do not edit, alter, trace, copy, or claim my work as your own. Using my art for AI or NFT is stricktly prohibited.

You are not permitted to use my art for commerical merchandise. You may use my art for commerical/monetized content with a 100% additonal fee of the final price. Character designs have a different commerical use TOS please be sure to read it. Credit to me is always required. 

Understand that when you buy a commission from me, it is for personal use only, not for advertisements. I ask that you credit me at all times. If you have any inquiries, contact me.

I reserve the rights decline your commission; do not guilt trip me or beg if I say no to your order. I will offer a reason why I decline your commission in such circumstances.

Wips (Work in Progress) and updates will be provided regularly throughout the process of your commission. You are always free to ask, but spamming me consistently for updates, and harrasment will not be tolerated.

Please voice any major changes (experession, pose, etc.) on the sketch stages of the commission. Minor changes are tolerated past this sketch stage, but major changes will require additional fees or will be declined. Micromanaging and nitpicking will not be tolerated. If you fail to point out a mistake during the stages where I can make changes, that is your responsibility.

Alternate versions or different variants of your commission can cost additional fees. Please be sure to discuss this before hand; otherwise, I will not do it. Variants are limited. Ask for further elaboration.

Provide a clear reference of the character(s) and make sure the reference fits the commission size. I will not accept pixelated, low-resolution, or shaded references. Complexity fees may apply but will be addressed before payment.

Ghosting me long term at any point in the commission will not be tolerated. I expect you to communicate when you will and will not be available.

Refunds are only provided if I am unable to start the commission or finish the commission. If the commission is started and I'm unable to finish I will offer a partial refund. Otherwise, I will not provide a refund for any other reason.

Disrespectful or rude behavior will not be tolerated.

Your commission will be shared on my primary socials and used as an example for other commissions. However, you are free to ask for me to keep your commission private.

Conversations will remain strictly business if I do not know you; I am not your friend and will not act like it.

You are allowed to post/reshare the commissioned art with credit unless I state otherwise.

Some commission types will have an additional TOS; please be sure to read it.
