All custom designs are colored sketches. They come with a forward-facing fullbody, a back-facing halfbody, eye, mouth, color pallette, and blood reference by default. Other details to show case the full design will be added if necessary, but it will not be a full reference sheet.

1. All designs will be hand drawn; I will not use bases for design commissions. 

2. Provide al detailed and clear description of what you would like for your design. Provide images, moodboards, songs, objects, and even color palettes you would like. 

3. I will do CBC/kin sonas however, I will not do direct rip-offs. The custom must have clear differences from the character it is based off of. 

4. I am open to designing just about any kind of character; please ask first if you are unsure.

5. You are free to change it as much as you please, so long as you continue to credit me as the original designer. Please do not edit the art, if you need minor changes feel free to ask me to do so.

6. You are free to resell, regift, and retrade my designs. However, please only sell for what it is worth. If you have not added onto the design through commissions the USD value can not go up. If you have not bought the design with money you can not sell it for money.

7. For toyhouse users, please do not trade lock any of my designs. That is not your choice to make.

8. For toyhouse users, if you private a design please allow me access to view it. This helps me keep track of my designs on there.

9. General TOS applies to designs, please make sure you take the time ot read it.

10. Any designs of mine that are used for harmful or illegal material will not be my responsibility. However, I do not condone it and will appreciate if I am made aware of it.

11. Do not use my designs for AI or NFTs.

12. You are free to create and sell merchandise of my designs as long as it isn't my own art. Commerical use of any kind with my design will still require an additional 100% fee of the final price. Credit to me is always required.

13. If a design of mine is resold without commercial use you are required to pay a $100 fee to gain commercial use. Credit to me is always required.

14. Blacklisted people can not own any of my designs, blacklisted users will be given to owners.
