If we do not hear anything from a member in reserve and/or the LOA / TPR reached the expiration date, their status will be changed to AWOL.
A unit member who does not attend nor participate in discussions, operations and failed to maintain the requirements for an Active Duty Status will be moved to the AWOL pool until they express to be active again.
They will not have access to any other forums/channels but the AWOL general chat.
If they opt to slot back to active duty, their rank may be subject to adjustment depending on rank availability and length of absence.
If we do not hear anything from a member in reserve for 180 or more days (6 mos), they can be discharged.
