APM will be known as one of the best ARMA 3 units in the Philippines, renowned for playing true Mil-Sim and realistically reflecting key aspects of the Philippine Army Infantry Division. Our unit will be a model of cultural immersion, unity, and excellence, setting a high standard in the ARMA 3 community through skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful members who are well-trained and deeply integrated into our cohesive, culturally rich community. While we strive to emulate military principles, we acknowledge that our representation is a simulation and not a full replication of real military operations.

5. Training and Mastery: Ensure members participate in training and demonstrate a high level of understanding of APM's Doctrines and Principle Guided SOPs, striving for mastery of the basics and beyond. 

6. Complete Structure and Pipeline: Develop and maintain complete unit structures and training pipelines to support continuous growth and skill development. 

7. Good Relations: Develop good relations with other ARMA Milsim Units to foster a cooperative and respectful gaming community.
