Not feeling the Bitmoji vibe? That's OK! Click to read how I made this header.

This banner was designed in Powerpoint. I added watercolor clipart and cute APL fonts. (APL Font Snob & APL I Like Big Fonts) Then I saved the entire design as a PNG image. Import the image into Sites and look at your classy new banner!

Note that I did not add this image as an official "header." I imported it as a regular image, so when you scroll down the page...it doesn't get that cool "disappearing effect" that headers do. You can compare the difference on my HOME page.

This page is a great place for you to introduce yourself as a teacher. This will be especially important since many of us are starting the year virtually, and won't have that treasured face-to-face interaction with students and parents. This is also where you can include all of your contact information.

I miss it tremendously...

I added these images 👆🏼 using "image carousel" in the "Insert" menu. You have to add at least 2 photos, and can add up to 20. Visitors can then click through your photos, or you can make it scroll automatically by clicking on the image, pressing the settings icon, and selecting "start automatically." You can even adjust the speed. It's a great way to give people a bigger snapshot of what you're trying to convey.

INCLUDE your contact info: Email, Phone, Remind, etc.

You can add your bitmoji by saving your bitmo as an image on your device. Then "insert" as an image and drag to resize.
