Deadlines
Please note the following deadlines and address all correspondence to the LOC.
All aspects of the submission and notification process will be handled electronically.
Submissions must adhere to the paper formatting instructions.
Research papers will be judged for quality and relevance through blind reviewing by APLC members.
1) Research paper abstracts should be submitted to LOC via email on or before January 31st, 2026 within one page of A4 size in PDF format together with working title.
2) Notification of acceptance will be delivered on or before March 6th, 2026.
3) Full version of the research paper should be submitted on or before August 10th, 2026 in PDF format (A4 size). LOC will circulate papers among all participants in advance.
4) Registration will be opened in early March 2026.
* NOTICE: The invitation letter (for the sake of visa or any business application) will be issued on request after registration.
5) The registration deadline is July 31st, 2026.
