Scope & General Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Regional Conference of Asia Pacific Liaison Commettee (APLC) of the Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas (SNTS), which will take place from September 10 to 12, 2026, at Nagoya Gakuin University, JAPAN.
By submitting the registration form, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The organizers reserve the right to make modifications to the conference program if necessary.
Registration
Registration is binding once the form is submitted.
Participants agree that their personal data will be electronically stored and may be shared with service providers involved in organizing the event (e.g. registration platform, catering services).
The number of available places may be limited. Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmation of Participation
A confirmation email will be sent once the registration is successfully processed.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation in justified cases.
Registration Fees & Payment Terms
Participants: 14,000JPY (per person). Payment by credit card.
Included: Reception (on 11th Friday evening), Lunch (on 12th Saturday), morning and afternoon refreshments.
NOT included: Hotel (with breakfast)
An official receipt will be issued after your payment via email.
No refund after payment.
