Welcome to ApexLog AU. By creating an account, logging in, or using the community features of the ApexLog AU app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By registering for or using ApexLog AU, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the community features.
2. Community and user-generated content
ApexLog AU includes community features where users can post discussions, share bike setups, comment, reply, upload photos, and create public rider profiles. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
3. Zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
ApexLog AU has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:
Harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behaviour towards other users
Hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets individuals or groups
Sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive material
Spam, scams, or misleading information
Dangerous, illegal, or harmful content or advice
Impersonation of other people or organisations
Any content that infringes the rights of others
Content that violates these terms, and the users who post it, will be removed from ApexLog AU.
4. Reporting objectionable content
Every piece of user-generated content in ApexLog AU can be reported. If you see content that you believe violates these terms, use the report option available on posts, replies, setups, and rider profiles. Reports are sent to our team for review.
5. Blocking abusive users
You can block any user from within the app. When you block a user, their posts, replies, setups, and profile are immediately removed from your view, and you will no longer see their content. You can manage and remove your blocks at any time from the Blocked Users list in the app.
6. Our commitment to act
We review reported content and take action within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms will be removed, and users who engage in abusive behaviour or post objectionable content may have their content removed and their access to ApexLog AU terminated.
7. Your responsibilities
When using ApexLog AU you agree to:
Provide accurate information when creating your account
Treat other members of the community with respect
Not post content that violates these terms
Not attempt to circumvent blocking, reporting, or moderation features
Use the app in accordance with all applicable laws
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, at our discretion and without prior notice.
9. Riding and track use disclaimer
ApexLog AU is a track day logging and lap analysis tool. Any riding, racing, or track activity you undertake is entirely at your own risk. ApexLog AU provides information and logging tools only and is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your riding or use of the data provided. Always ride within your limits and follow the safety rules of your circuit and event organisers.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of ApexLog AU after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
