The apartment is on the ground floor, but it has access to a comunal roof terrace.
It is occasionally 'reserved' or used by the other building tenants, so it's better to ask in advance for use in case you want to plan an outdoor meal, or to use it for an extended period of time. But its use is advised!
The home is for the most part very quiet, especially for such a central location. It's a small pleaceful oasis tucked away in the middle of a caotic city.
The apartment has just been completely refurbished, and most of the furniture is also brand new. We kindly ask our guests to treat the home with consideration during their stay.

The apartment is in a great location in the center of Rome, between San Peter's and Trastevere, at the bottom of Gianicolo.
There are A LOT of restaurants within walking distance, as you can imagine - just watch out for tourist traps. Here are some suggestions.
Most famous landmarks in Rome are reachable by foot within 10 to 30 minutes from the apartment.
San Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, the Pantheon - they're all within a 10-20 minute walk.
The Colosseum and the Forum are a bit further, but if you're up for a longer walk I can propose some itineraries.
Of course, there are also taxis and public transport as options. However, if you have the time and are able to, I think that the center of Rome is best enjoyed by foot.
I will also provide a detailed list of suggested landmarks, museums, activities, bars and restaurants, both for your surroundings and for Rome in general.
It's hard to predict the apartment's availability at this moment, so if you're interested please enquiry about it as soon as you have your dates booked in or let us know your options and we'll see what is possible!
About EUR 200/night – please reach out for details.
Reduced prices for longer stays can be applied and start from 10 days onwards.
