Domestic Violence Quash Judgement 02.03.2022 – In this article, the allegations made against the Grandmother, uncle, and sisters-in-law are general and omnibus in nature without quoting any specific avert act against any of the petitioners. Further, it is made clear that majorly the allegations are made against the mother-in-law whose petition stands sustain by the Karnataka High court. Therefore, considering the facts against the petitioners the Karnataka High court quashed the criminal case against the petitioners except the mother-in-law.
