WEEKEND OUTLINE
FRIDAY
ARRIVE/SET-UP CAMP: Depending on work/school schedules, dads+kids typically roll in and set-up camping from 5-7 pm. The federation does have the site for the day, thus if possible, one can arrive any time in the afternoon.
TRAILER: Apache has a trailer with a large canopy, grills, tables, fire-ring, etc. Everyone has got to set-up camping, however the more people help unpack the trailer on Friday makes it easier for dinner. Priority: fire, canopy, tables, garbage, grills, and lights.
DINNER (~6 PM): I WILL REQUEST HELP FOR SOMEONE TO BRING DINNER FOR FRIDAY PM. IT HELPS WITH UNPACKING TRAILER, SET-UP TENT, FIRE, etc.
