There are 5 campouts per year: 4 with Eola Federation, and 1 as a tribe.
Apache asks $50/family to cover costs of trailer, gas, food, firewood, replacements, and other incidentals for the 4 campouts with the Eola Federation, and $100/family for the 2 tribal campouts = 4*50 + 2+100 = $400/year.
If you pay $300 dollar to Apache Orlando, Inc. before 12/1/22, that will cover for the entire year!
