本プライバシーポリシーは、Aobalis Studio（以下「提供者」）がフリーミアム（一部有料）サービスとして提供するモバイルデバイス用アプリケーション「Aobalis Tracker」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。
本アプリは、ユーザーアカウントの作成やログインを必要とせずに利用可能です。
本アプリが取得する情報と、その利用目的は以下の通りです。
自動的に収集される情報
広告配信、サービス改善、および不正利用防止のため、広告識別子（Google 広告 ID / AD_ID 等）、デバイスの種類、OSのバージョン、IPアドレス、およびアプリの使用状況に関するログ情報を自動的に収集します。
精密な位置情報およびヘルスデータ
本アプリの主要な機能である移動距離、経路の計測、およびヘルスデータ（身体活動データ）を取得・利用します。これらはウォーキングやランニング等のフィットネス活動を記録・管理するために使用されます。また、位置情報はユーザーの地域に関連性の高い広告を表示するために利用される場合があります。
写真および音声データ
ユーザーが計測データに任意でデータを付与する際に取得されます。これらのデータは、ユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存され、提供者が取得・閲覧することはありません。
購入履歴および決済に関する情報
プレミアム機能の提供および有効期限の管理のため、購入された製品の種類、購入日時、有効期限、およびアプリ内ユーザー識別子を収集します。
クレジットカード情報等の決済情報は、Google Play により安全に処理され、提供者がこれにアクセスすることはありません。
利用目的総括
取得した情報は、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。
・ 本アプリの機能（フィットネスデータの記録・分析・表示）の提供
・ カスタマーサポートおよびアプリの品質向上
・ リワード広告を含む、広告の表示および最適化

提供者が本アプリおよびサービスを改善するために、集計・匿名化されたデータのみが定期的に外部サービスに送信されます。

提供者は、13歳未満の子供から意図的にデータを収集したり、マーケティングを行ったりすることはありません。本アプリは13歳未満を対象としておらず、万が一提供を受けたことが判明した場合は、直ちに適切な措置を講じます。
提供者は、情報の機密性を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および管理上の適切な保護手段を講じています。
本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。変更の際は、このページを更新することで通知いたします。継続的な使用はすべての変更を承認したものとみなされます。

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Aobalis Tracker" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), provided by Aobalis Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") as a freemium service. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
The App can be used without the need for user account creation or login. The information collected by the App and its purposes are as follows:
Automatically Collected Information: The App automatically collects information such as advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AD_ID), device type, OS version, IP address, and usage logs. This information is used for ad delivery, service improvement, and fraud prevention.
Precise Location and Health Data : To provide the App's core features—such as measuring travel distance, tracking routes, and calculating pace—the App collects and uses precise location information and health data (physical activity data) from your device. This data is used to record and manage fitness activities such as walking and running. Additionally, location information may be used to display advertisements relevant to your geographic region.
Photo and Audio Data: These are acquired only when the user voluntarily attaches data to their recorded measurements. This data is stored locally on the user's device only. The Provider does not collect, access, or view this data.
Purchase History and Payment Information: To provide premium features and manage subscription validity, the App collects information such as the type of product purchased, purchase date/time, expiration date, and an anonymous in-app user identifier. Payment details, such as credit card numbers, are processed securely by Google Play and are never accessed or stored by the Provider.
Summary of Purposes
The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
・ Providing App features (recording, analyzing, and displaying fitness data).
・ Customer support and improving App quality.
・Displaying and optimizing advertisements, including rewarded ads.
・Providing and managing paid plans (Premium features) and purchase restoration.
To improve the App and its services, only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. The App utilizes the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

Measurement data, photos, and audio within the App are stored on the user's device and are deleted upon uninstallation of the App. Automatically collected information, such as advertising identifiers, may be retained by third-party services for a certain period. The Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if the Provider becomes aware that such information has been provided, immediate and appropriate measures will be taken.
