Out-patient
All subscribed members along with 5 of their family members are assigned to a dedicated family physician for all the healthcare needs
The Primary Care Center (PCC) is accessible 24/7 for any of the healthcare needs
On the visit of the member to the PCC, the Primary Care Physician examines the patient and provides preventive or curative therapy
If required, the physician directs the patient to get the tests & procedure carried out at an external lab
After examining the test results, the doctor decides on the future course of action and informs the patient accordingly
If intervention is needed then the Family physician or primary physician advises the patient to get admitted to the empaneled hospitals
In-patient
The primary physician based on the diagnosis and severity of the illness or injuries, recommends hospitalization for further investigation, observation, medical or surgical treatment.
The PCC facilitates the patient in getting admitted to the hospital, Insurance claim process, and bill settlement
The Primary Physician monitors the patient closely while he is in the Hospital and after the discharge till recovers fully.
In case of post-surgery or hospitalization rehabilitation care is required then the PCC facilitates by connecting with the empaneled service provider and monitoring the progress.
