 * We charge $35.00 for any return checks  ( NSF)

 * Cancel cleaning appointment within 48 hrs of notice will pay 20 % of the cleaning estimate y/o flat rate

* We collect the 40% in advance to schedule a service and the day we complete the job, we collect the other 60%

* We always record our job and upload it for training purposes and advertizing.

1 . Residential Cleaning, Housekeeper, Maid Services:

Sonia & Fiorella trained the cleaning crew in cleaning for health first, then appearance. Our main goal is to really clean and sanitize the surface and provide you a better cleaning environment for you and your family. We use proper equipment like Hepa commercial backpacks to improve your indoor air quality.  * We are Pet-Friendly. * Bi-weekly * Monthly * As you need it

2. Declutter, Organize, &  Design:

Maria & Michelle are fashioner girls who have strong skills to organize, move things around, declutter, etc.

They can’t be still. They are always busy working on a variety of organization and decoration projects that run the gamut of room space, size and clutter challenges!

We work as a team with Sonia & Jose and they will help you to create a lovely environment for you and your family.

3. Heavy Duty Cleaning: Hoarders. Evictions, Sanitizing, etc

We are non-judgmental people, and we have the right equipment and cleaning tools for any situation.

We provide commercial vapor steam to sanitize and clean property heavy duty surfaces. 

4. Post Construction or After Remodeling Clean Up:

 Congratulation is you just finish to remodel or putting new floors. Now, it’s cleaning time.

We know exactly what you need. We provide Hepa  4 level filtration vacuums and the right tools.

5. Carpet Cleaning 

Our commercial truck-mount system is a  carpet and upholstery cleaning unit that was mount to the floor of our van. Its cleaning method is hot water extraction. The operator would park the van near your premises, connect the vacuum hose and solution line hose into the machine, bring the hoses into the building, and connect a carpet cleaning wand to the end of the hoses. Truck mount is more powerful than portable carpet cleaners as they produce the cleaning power from an engine and electric portables generate the cleaning power from an electrical socket in the customers home.

6. Detail Tile & Grout Cleaning :

We use commercial vapor steamer with a detail nylon brush to clean properly grout lines and tile.  We also use our commercial hydro-force spinner plate in conjunction with our truck mount cleaning system

7. Move in, Move Out, Last Minute Call  

We are always busy doing move in/ move out cleaning for tenants, landlords, management companies and realtors. Please if you are a tenant  that wants your deposit back make sure to read your management company email term cleaning where they specify everything that must be clean. Call us with any questions at 407-572-4118 and schedule us in advance. Request a whole package including carpet cleaning or tile cleaning if you want to save a couple of bucks.
