Our Story

We are an independent multi-service janitorial cleaning service and the result of 23 hard working years. In the beginning, Fiorella in 2000 started cleaning some houses and worked at night cleaning all the bathrooms from The Mall at Millenia . In 2010, we register Any Cleaning Services with her partner and daughters in Florida Sun Biz. Since then, we started doing residential and commercial services. Little by little, we were improving our services and upgrading our equipment and cleaning tools to satisfy our clients. Then, we start doing new construction cleaning, post remodeling cleaning to general contractors and homeowners who needed to remove the fine dust after the project and improve their indoor air quality; where we improve our skills in high dusting, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning and more. Then, we expand our business doing commercial cleaning. 

In 2015, I lost my lovely partner and friend, Carmen Maria Rios Ramos. To be honest with you, losing her was the worst painful situation that ever happens to me. Even though our lost, we continue keeping our loyal clientele and continuing to offer our value janitorial/ maid / residential/commercial and industrial cleaning services to many other individuals with honesty and efficiency. In 2017 we were raising the value and the cleanest bar from our competitors by register at BBB.org because we offer more at a reasonable value price. In 2018, we upgraded our equipment to truck-mount system. 

In 2020 we purchase our commercial Nissan Nv 250 High Roof and wrap it with our Sanitizing & Disinfectant Logos. We were so proud to achieve another goal and Thanks God, we help commercial buildings and residential homeowners when the Covid-19 pandemic hit Central Florida. 

In 2022 Fiorella partnered with Sonia Restrepo and we invested more in high equipment for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning services. We upgraded more our Truck-mount carpet cleaning system and purchase  Phoenix Orbital System ( best orbital equipment's by Trinity Op Systems )

We improve your indoor air quality  • We use a two-step process with antimicrobial products in soiled We provide quality & healthy cleaning services in Central Fl. We select proper supplies, tools and rotation deep cleaning services to optimize our service. • We use Pro-Team Backpack Vacuum because is an enormously valuable tool to fight indoor air problems. It has a strong power of suction and 4 level filtration system that remove more soil, dust mites, animal dander) rather than spitting dust and dirt particles back into the air as a majority of traditional vacuum cleaners do. Versatility: ” I use them to clean vents, furniture, shelving, window blinds, and other surfaces. An extension wand reaches high spots without a ladder. • We use microfiber cloths or disposable dusting sleeves for dusting. ( UNGER from Germany: Quality Tools for Smart Cleaning ) Microfiber captures and holds more dust than conventional materials without the use of chemical treatments. Disposable dusting sleeves enable throwing out the dust with the used sleeve rather than shaking out a duster and contaminating areas and allow 10 minutes dwell time. Many soils deactivate disinfectants and must be removed before antimicrobial products can work. • We use microfiber flat mops ( Unger from Germany: Quality Tools for Smart Cleaning) to maximize bacterial removal, cleaning and productivity. Microfiber has been shown to remove 96 percent of bacteria. • We are Pet & Environmental Friendly • We do Residential Cleaning: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Tri-weekly, Monthly or as you need it. • We do after remodeling or after construction cleaning services. • We do Move in/ Move Out Cleaning
