Anxiety (sometimes called fear, worry, apprehension, or nervousness) is an emotional response to impending or anticipated events or circumstances. An individual’s experience of anxiety is variable because of his or her unique thoughts, beliefs, and expectations.
People with anxiety disorders believe that there is some threat or something of great danger, such as death or physical illness, looming at the next moment before them, often with no evidence to support this fear - over time, this constant way of thinking can affect the nervous system of the patient, which in turn affects other systems like the endocrine system and therefore further affect mood swings.
There are many treatments for anxiety, but the most effective treatments can be difficult to find - the ones we will talk about use natural medicine, combined with talking therapy, and cognitive behaviour related treatments.
There are 2 types of anxiety - one which is a medical condition, where you are constantly anxious even when others around you seem fine, you are anxious. This type needs treatment as it can easily get worse over time (it always does) - and cannot be just treated with talking therapy - a deeper rooted treatment has to be carried out, after proper diagnosis of the patient (each anxiety patient is different.
That said, there is another type of anxiety where it can be almost natural to feel anxious, such as going to a job interview, or being anxious because you have to talk in front of a crowd - this type is not a medical condition in most cases, but you should still look into getting properly diagnosed.
Below are the top 2 methods that help resolve the condition from mild to severe cases:

Talking therapy is a very useful tool in helping support anxiety patients - but if the anxiety has got to a deeper layer affecting organs and hormone systems, it won't be fixed by just talking therapy. A deeper level of treatment will be required in addition to talking therapy, such as mentioned above - again, it is better for a medically qualified person to decide this for you - self diagnosis alone is not safe for diagnosing any condition - best it can do is guide you, but sometimes it can easily misguide you.
If you don't have access to a doctor or medical expert in eastern medicine in your own area, you should consider traveling to the clinic mentioned above, at least for a consultation and first treatment - they can sometimes provide a regime to do at home to help support your anxiety condition.
That said, they do have an office in London, UK, if travel there is easier for you - but
There are a lot of drugs, off the counter, and some prescription drugs used for calming someone suffering from anxiety. It is tempting to self diagnose online and get these (especially if you are in Pakistan), but these may damage hormones in the body, to the extent it is almost impossible to recover from - so it is not advised that anyone do this until you seek a proper medical professional, be it a western medical doctor, or eastern medical doctor.
Supplements can support (again, not everyone agrees with this), if you take vitamins that are good quality - but you cannot take vitamins on an empty stomach. And you should already be exercising and having a good diet before you do these - again, it is better you are diagnosed properly, as no 2 anxiety conditions are the same.
It's the worst thing you can do, when you feel you have anxiety, you leave things for later - especially if you have not had a proper diagnosis.
With the passage of time, anxiety problems may worsen, and become more noticeable. An individual may lose sleep from anxiety, irritability, irritable moods, difficulty concentrating, and changes that can make an individual feel like a different person.
People with anxiety disorders may feel anxious in their bodies, and have physical symptoms, such as nausea, headache, stomach pain, or shaking. People with anxiety disorder may feel anxious about many things. They may have frequent and intrusive thoughts about a situation, be worried about negative thoughts like failure, or they worry about death. They may have thoughts about death and have nightmares or have fears in their waking and sleeping life. People who develop anxiety disorder are more likely to avoid certain things or situations that they worry about.
When an individual develops anxiety disorder, their lives become limited and the symptoms can lead to other problems in areas such as finances, work, relationships, or health.
It's very typical of anxiety patients to leave things till later, or last minute or "till they feel better" - but that time may not come, and years can pass easily, and you don't realize how much anxiety the patient is in, and with such limited quality of life.
This is why it is even more important to get diagnosed properly and start treatment if needed.
Anxiety disorders are diagnosed once an individual has experienced one or more of the following symptoms for at least 6 months (this is not a complete list):
Feeling uneasy in a social setting, such as a party or a gathering;
Feeling physically uneasy because of a sensation of being overcharged mentally (such as sweating, stomach cramps, dry mouth, dizziness, feeling lightheaded, palpitations, and tingling sensations) or a physically unbalanced state (such as shaking or shaking hands);
Feeling anxious about a future fear (such as a fear of death or being alone);
Feeling anxious about being alone;
Feeling uneasy with a change or something unusual, such as having a sudden change in temperature, air pressure, or loud noise;
Stress from the usual causes (such as an unexpected illness, a traffic accident, or a sudden change in the status and responsibilities of a job or other activity);
Fearing or dreading being lost or missing something important; or
Feelings of fear or helplessness due to an inability to take action.
