Coding

I love coding. I program things like games, animations, online cards, and more. Here is a video at ID Tech camp in Stanford last summer where I'm explaining how I programmed a computer maze game : Video .

In coding you have so many commands at your fingertips. If you have an idea you can just enter the correct commands through the computer and you will get an output. You can take any idea like patterns, bouncing balls, mazes or games, and make a program with them. This is what I love about coding.

I have been coding for 5 years so far. I started at 5, in a summer camp called ID Tech. I started coding in a simple language called Scratch. Scratch is a coding language for beginners that helps them understand things like functions or if-statements. Then I learned Javascript, and now I have moved to Python.

I made this holiday card in Scratch recently, and my dad helped me to make a movie out of it. Hope you like it!

I really enjoy coding and find it great fun.
