I am a Vice-Chancellor's Prize Fellow at Ason University. My broad research interests lie in applied microeconomics, focusing on firm performance and worker outcomes. My research agenda includes determinants of productivity, local labour market dynamics following international and local shocks, and the role of location. I frequently utilise large firm- and worker-level administrative data to provide causal evidence at a granular level. My methodological expertise encompasses various econometric techniques, ranging from panel data analysis to instrumental variables and quantile regressions. In my research, I also applied research designs such as randomised control trials and survey data methods.
