I am a Vice-Chancellor's Prize Fellow at Aston University. My broad research interests lie in applied microeconomics, with a focus on firm performance and worker outcomes. My research agenda includes determinants of productivity, local labour market dynamics following international and local shocks, and the role of location. I frequently utilise large firm- and worker-level administrative data to provide causal evidence at a granular level. My methodological expertise encompasses econometric techniques, including panel data analysis, instrumental variables, and quantile regression. In my research, I also applied research designs such as randomised control trials and survey data methods.
