I am a Vice-Chancellor's Prize Fellow at Aston University. My broad research interests lie in applied microeconomics, with a focus on firm performance and worker outcomes. My research agenda includes the determinants of firms' and workers' outcomes following policy changes and market shocks. I frequently utilise large firm- and worker-level data to provide causal evidence at a granular level.
