Show Day Minute by Minute Schedule....

Friday, November 20th

12:45 p.m. ONLY DANCERS CALLED FOR REHEARSAL should be lined up at the Studio Theatre doors entrance.

1:00 p.m. • On Stage Rehearsal will begin for SELECT CAST A GROUPS ONLY - CLICK HERE for a detailed schedule of what we are running - dancers should be lined up 15 minutes before their scheduled on stage time

1:00-4:30 p.m. • ON STAGE REHEARSAL for select groups - Dancers are free to go as soon as they have run their dance. Parents can wait in the Studio Theatre. THERE WILL BE NO BACKSTAGE SUPERVISION OF THE DANCERS DURING THIS REHEARSAL. Please wait for your child.

4:30-5:30 p.m. • Break - no dancers are allowed on stage or backstage during crew break

5:15 p.m. Parent Volunteers for Act I should check in at this time to be taken to their assigned stations.

5:30 p.m. • Dancers for Act I can enter through the STUDIO THEATRE doors and will be assigned to their dressing room areas. FIRST STEPS DANCERS (ages 7 & under) can sit with their parents in the audience during ACT I if they do not perform until the second Act. They will be given a Lap Pass for the show to sit in the audience.

Dancers must enter from the Studio Theatre only - no dancers through alleyway entrance.

Only parent volunteers will be allowed backstage - no parents other than volunteers can be in the backstage area. Dancers should be in full make-up and hair when they arrive. If dancers do not have proper show hair or make-up, a backstage volunteer will fix their hair or put on make-up as needed, but we ask that parents please take care of this in advance of show time.

6:30 p.m. Curtain - the show begins

7:30-7:45 p.m. INTERMISSION • Dancers who are in Act II only should be brought backstage at this time and checked in at the STUDIO THEATRE DOOR. Please send only ONE PARENT with them to the backstage area. Dancers who are in Act I only can be picked up at Intermission.

7:50-9:00 p.m. • Act II

9:00 - 9:15 p.m. • Bows on stage

9:15 p.m. • Dancers dismissed to parents from backstage at the STUDIO THEATRE door

Sunday, November 22nd
