I am currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tadpole Projects, where I lead technology development in the areas of sustainable transportation, electric vehicle (EV) retrofitting, and intelligent green mobility solutions. My work is driven by the vision of enabling clean mobility without adding new vehicles to the road, by extending the life of existing vehicles through robust and scalable EV retrofitting technologies.
I bring one year of international postdoctoral research experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Hong Kong (QS Rank 11). In addition, I have been actively involved in international research collaborations across Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and China, working with multidisciplinary teams on electric vehicles, condition monitoring, advanced diagnostics, and intelligent systems.
At Tadpole Projects, I am leading initiatives in:
• EV retrofitting solutions for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and heavy duty vehicles
• On-board diagnostics and EV fault diagnosis platforms
• Motor, battery, and controller testing systems, simulators, and prognostic toolkits
• EV reliability, condition monitoring, and health monitoring technologies
I hold a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi and Postdoc from The University of Hong Kong (QS rank 11) have contributed to multiple industry–academia collaborative R&D projects. I am honored to be recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025), reflecting sustained research impact and global visibility in my field.
I am passionate about sustainable mobility, clean energy, and building reliable, intelligent electric transportation systems with global impact.
