Summary:
Our team faced many challenges in our first Audit. The team's coordination needs significant improvement. Our poor structure has caused severe confusion in task distribution, and has led to suboptimal output.
Next Steps:
Restructure our repository with improved structure and additional documents.
Begin Research into HVAC filtering solutions.
Reflections:
The project had a rocky start, but after some thorough feedback from the Audit, the team is beginning to work hard to ammend our initial difficulties
Summary:
Our team presented a formal well-formatted presentation. With our well-spoken team leads leading the speech. The transition timing of the slides were also extremely good, and we covered all useful information
Answering of questions was done very well, with well justified answers for each. The inclusion of reference appendix slides for the question was a good touch and appreciated by the markers.
Next Steps:
Prepare for Audit 2
Continue work on our analysis
Reflections:
Overall the team is tracking well, good progress is made on our analysis and our project.
Summary:
Our team prepared well, and performed a nice casual presentation following our previous formal Mid-project presentation
Project a lot more well-defined now, answers to questions were well, peers were impressed with the improvement
Next Steps:
Critical Worker Estimates seem too high initially, so potential changes need to be made
A summary report of changes between audits will be created for the future, to summarize how each reflection item was implemented
A single document based on feedback and action items are made to improve organisation
Reflections:
Overall high morale coming out of the Audit, looking forward to the break with high expectations of output expected.
Summary:
Audit Presentation went well, tutor was impressed with all the work performed and looking forward to future progress
Overall performed slightly above class average in our audit response markings.
A little bit behind schedule currently, however we are on track to catch up on work.
Next Steps:
Further Coal Baghouse Research, to estimate the number of coal baghouses per global power plant.
The writing on the methodology in the journal article should be a focus now that most of the estimations have been completed.
A rework of the repository now makes it easier to navigate and a better tracking of version histories makes it easier to showcase the progress to the shadow teams.
Reflections:
Overall coming out of the audit with high hopes, we received less daunting feedback which I assume is a good thing (less outstanding things wrong with the project)
A bit worried about the timelining, however we have a MVP easily creatable within the time scale, however would not be that perfect in terms of data.
