This board is intended to be placed between the formula's charger and the formula's battery pack.
It determines whether the charging process complies with the FSG rules in the following ways.
If the internal battery voltage is greater than 60V, or if the high current relay contacts are closed, or if the high voltage output terminals have a voltage greater than 90% of the batteries, a warning light will illuminate, and the user will be warned about high voltage representation.
In the event of a failure, this board discharge the charger's output capacitor.
This board connects to an insulation monitor device and, in the event of a leakage current, can immediately stop charging and illuminate a warning light.
If everything is in order, this board can start the charging process with the press of an external button.
