Antonio Genovese

I am a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Naples Federico II.

My research focuses on public economics, labor economics, and political economy, with particular attention to social insurance programs and near-cash transfers.

In February 2026, I obtained my PhD in Economics from the University of Naples Federico II, under the supervision of Prof. Roberto Nisticò and Prof. Valeria Zurla.

 In 2023/24, I visited the Economics Department of Queen Mary University of London, hosted by Prof. Marco Manacorda.
